Your Order Cancellation Rights

 

Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

Physical Products
 

Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an explicit communication through the dedicated form available on the website.

Products must be returned within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal, intact, unused, complete with their original packaging and all accessories received.

Once the integrity of the returned products has been verified, the Seller shall issue the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

 

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise specified on the website or required by applicable law.
 

Customized and Made-to-Order Products

 

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c), of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for all products made to measure or clearly customized upon the Customer’s request.

This category includes, by way of example:

• customized prints;

• customized posters;

• made-to-order artworks;

• customized t-shirts;

• products modified according to the Customer’s specific instructions;

• any item created or adapted specifically for the Customer.

 

Such products cannot be returned or refunded except in the case of manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.

Graphic Design, Web Design, UX/UI Design Services

For professional services related to graphic design, branding, web design, website development, creative consulting, and similar services, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the execution of the service may begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

 

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter a), of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal shall cease once the service has been fully performed with the Customer’s express consent.

 

Should the Customer request the commencement of the services during the withdrawal period and subsequently decide to withdraw, the Customer shall be required to pay an amount proportional to the activities already carried out up to the time of the withdrawal communication.

 

Any amounts paid as a deposit for services already commenced may be retained to the extent corresponding to the services effectively performed.
 

Digital Files and Downloadable Content

 

In the event of the sale of digital files, digital artworks, templates, mockups, graphic assets, downloadable content, or other digital goods supplied through download, the Customer expressly agrees that the supply of such content shall begin immediately after purchase.

 

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter o), of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal shall cease from the moment the download or access to the digital content is made available to the Customer.

The delivery will be fulfilled on working days (from Monday to Friday). Orders usually ship within 1-7 working days depending on payment confirmation and your selected delivery address and availability of your items in the warehouse.
You will find the applicable delivery costs at the order checkout when you purchase online, on the Order Confirmation.
The Product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address you specify in your order.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, our courier will send you a text message. This will include your tracking number and a link to the tracking information.
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
If you have not received your dispatch notification email, please contact us.
If you provide a home address which has a reception or concierge service, our carrier will deliver to the concierge. The concierge can sign for the delivery as long as they have a fixed location in the reception or within the building.

Missed a delivery?: In the event that no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise you whether your order has been left in a safe place, such as a neighbor, or if you need to contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery time. If the estimated delivery date showed in your dispatch email has passed and you have not received your parcel, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Damaged orders: If you only find damage after receiving the delivery, please contact us via mail. Will contact the delivery service directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to keep you informed of the progress of our investigation.
